Karolina is an experienced physiotherapist registered with Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), she is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a member of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Association (POGP). After graduation in 2007 she started her professional career in outpatient clinic and simultaneously, she was working in private practice. Over the years she has gained an extensive experience in treating various kind of musculoskeletal conditions, but she hasn’t stopped learning. Currently as a student of Osteopathic Medicine, she enjoys the ability to deepen her knowledge and master’s her manual therapy skills.
After moving to London, she discovered her passion for Women’s Health. She specialises in pregnancy and postnatal pelvic floor related conditions, as well as pelvic pain and coccyx pain. She takes a holistic and individual approach to each patient. Her approach to treatment is to find the root cause of a patient’s problem, in order to obtain faster and long-lasting results. Her initial assessment focuses on an accurate diagnosis through analysis of faulty movement and postural patterns to identify the root cause of pain. This is followed by effective treatment and management strategies combining soft tissue therapy, manual therapy and bespoke exercise programs aimed at restoring strength, control and flexibility.
